Knee Pain

Knee pain is a common condition that causes great inconvenience in daily life. Recent research results have shown that the causes of knee pain are diverse and are caused by a combination of various factors such as individual lifestyle habits, past injuries, and aging.


Degenerative arthritis: The most common cause is caused by the wear and tear of cartilage.
Meniscus damage: The crescent-shaped cartilage inside the knee joint is damaged, causing pain.
Cruciate ligament damage: The ligaments that support the knee joint can be damaged due to intense exercise or trauma.
Chondromalacia patellae: This is a condition in which the cartilage on the back of the patella, the bone in the front of the knee, is damaged.
Overuse syndrome: This occurs when the muscles and ligaments around the knee are damaged due to excessive exercise or activity.
Metabolic disease: Metabolic diseases such as diabetes and gout can worsen knee pain.
